If you are interested in an M or L Upgrade as an Urban Sports Club Partner, you qualify for an Urban Sports Club discount. Please contact us via sales@fitogram.pro to get the discount.

Are there any hidden costs with the free version?

No. There are no hidden costs with the free version of FitogramPro. Nevertheless, if you decide to offer online payments per credit card or SEPA direct debit to your customers there will be transaction fees applied as for all payments of this kind. You can find additional details on those here.

How do I upgrade to another package?

You can upgrade to another package by logging in to FitogramPro, going to settings and clicking on ‘Your FitogramPro Account’. There you can select ‘Update subscription’ and choose a package.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up to FitogramPro?

No, you don’t need to enter payment details to sign up to FitogramPro. We will only ask for your payment details in case you want to upgrade to one of the premium packages.

Which payments methods do you accept for your packages?

Our packages can be paid by credit card or SEPA mandate, charged on a monthly basis.

What type of support do I get with each package?

We are here to support you no matter which package was chosen. You can either contact the support team via support@fitogram.de or find answers yourself in the Help Center.
