Yes! Data protection is a top priority for us. That is why we rely on modern technologies and work with servers in Germany that meet the highest security standards.

You can export your data from your old software and then you have the possibility to use our import service. First, you need to put all your data into Excel file and then we will import it for you. Once the data is imported, you can invite all your customers to the new online booking and start your journey with FitogramPro.

Of course. It is absolutely no problem to manually add all your existing customers and data to our software. Alternatively, we offer an import upgrade in which we can import all your data with one click.

You can integrate your course plan into most old websites. We are happy to support you with the integration.

Yes, you can determine access rights individually. For example, your instructors can only see and book customers into their own classes.

Yes, you can also use FitogramPro without our online booking feature. Simply use the software as a management tool or publish your calendar without the booking option.

The integration can be activated with just a few steps. Your classes will automatically adopted into the Urban Sports Club app, all the other events can be added as you wish. Within 5 days your events are bookable via Urban Sports Club.

With the Urban Sports Club integration, you can synchronize your FitogramPro events with USC. All of your bookings and check-ins will be synced as well. Customers can directly book your classes through the USC app.

Our team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Our packages can be paid by credit card or SEPA mandate, charged on a monthly basis.

No, you don’t need to enter payment details to sign up to FitogramPro. We will only ask for your payment details in case you want to upgrade to one of the premium packages.

You can downgrade to another package by logging in to FitogramPro, going to settings and clicking on ‘Your FitogramPro Account’. There you can select ‘Update subscription’ and downgrade to a lower-priced or free package. All packages can be cancelled on a monthly basis with a two week cancellation period, except for the cases when the Studio App is activated. The Studio App is subject to a contract with a minimum duration of one year, therefore you will have to wait until the contract ends before downgrading to the Free or S package.

As a free user, you can report technical problems (bugs) directly in the software. You can also contact our support team via e-mail at support@fitogram.de. In the S, M & L packages and as an Urban Sports Club and OneFit partner, you can contact our support team via chat in the software. Our help centre is available to you regardless of your booked package.

You can upgrade to another package by logging in to FitogramPro, going to settings and clicking on ‘Your FitogramPro Account’. There you can select ‘Update subscription’ and choose a package.

No. There are no hidden costs with the free version of FitogramPro. Nevertheless, if you decide to offer online payments per credit card or SEPA direct debit to your customers there will be transaction fees applied as for all payments of this kind. You can find additional details on those here.
